Challenges
The company was facing multiple challenges with their payroll processes, and wanted to lower their administration costs associated with payroll operations, while making the processes more efficient.

Solutions
By leveraging its next-gen HCM – StoHRM platform’s Leave and Time & Attendance modules, AscentHR unified the client’s payroll processes into a single payroll system. The solution not only streamlined and automated the processes but also made them accurate, creating a seamless user experience and saving the client time and effort.
AscentHR implemented an Employee Self-Service portal (with role-specific access rights) to enable client employees to view and access their personal payroll data securely using login credentials. The ESS portal features include providing access to important information such as pay slips, statutory body contribution details, compensation details as per compensation breakup/ structure, tax computation sheet, and statutory contribution details.
AscentHR also enabled a cross-platform mobile app for the employees to view and download payroll information and even raise HR queries on the go.
