Challenges

AscentHR took stock of the challenges of two companies that were struggling with data analysis issues.

  • The existing PMS processes were not catering to the client’s unique and specific needs.
  • The process of evaluating workforce and facilitating conversations was time consuming due to lack of automation.
  • There was no workable standards in place to facilitate more frequent reviews for employees.

Solutions

StoHRM’s on-demand PMS module was enabled to streamline the process. Goals setting, assigning weightages, and scoring parameters were standardized, establishing transparency.

The appraisal process was configured with a provision for periodic reviews along with feedback to employees. The PMS module flexed to the client’s unique business needs and objectives.

The IDP (individual development plan) functionality complimented to identify training needs, helping the client to develop and grow their employees into strong performers.
